Return & Exchange Policy
West Coast Jewelry wants you to be happy with each and every purchase you make. We're here to assist you with any questions you have about our products before or after your purchase.
Returns:
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days unworn and in its original new condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns on scratched or damaged merchandise. You must include a copy of your order number for a product replacement, exchange or full refund.
Shipping fees are not reimbursable unless item is broken or defective upon receipt. It is critical that you include a copy of your order number so that we can locate your original order (a copy of your order confirmation email is perfect).
Broken or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of item. If you placed an order during one of our free shipping promotions, you will be refunded the full amount of the item, less $5.99 for original shipping fees.

Exchanges:
Any item can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. To request a different size ring, send the item in its unworn and original new condition to us at the address below including your request for a new size, your order number, and address where you would like the item returned. Exchanges will be shipped back to you via Standard Shipping at our expense the first time. Additional exchanges will incur a $5.99 shipping charge.
If you would like us to send your exchange via Expedited Shipping, please include $6 cash or a check for $5.99 made out to West Coast Jewelry.

We recommend packing your item well and using a tracking number for your return package, as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive back to us safely.
