Shipping & Returns

We pride ourselves on getting you the jewelry you love as quickly as possible.  That's why our shipping promise is that we ship all orders that we receive by 1pm the same day!  Orders received after that will ship the following business day.  Our standard shipping arrives in 3-7 business days, expedited 2-3 days, and UPS/FedEx is available as well for Next Day or Second Day guaranteed shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your jewelry.  We accept returns and exchanges on new, unworn merchandise up to 30 days after the date of purchase.  To return or exchange your order, follow the instructions on the bottom of your packing slip.  The instructions are also listed below:

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days unworn and in its original new condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns on scratched or damaged merchandise. You must include a copy of your order number for a product replacement, exchange or full refund. Broken or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of item. Exchanges are to be shipped back to us at your expense, and we will pay to ship back to you. Further exchanges will incur a $5.99 handling fee.

Exchanges are typically processed within 24 hours, returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt.  We cannot be responsible for packages that don't arrive back to us safely so please consider adding insurance or tracking on your return or exchange.

Do not write "JEWELRY" anywhere on the package to help guarantee your package arrives safely!
